Late Payments

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
No-Show Policy
A no-show, where the customer fails to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Liability
While we take utmost care in performing our services, our company is not liable for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to the pressure washing process. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any sensitive areas or materials that require special attention.
Damage to Property
In the rare event that damage occurs due to our service, we will assess the situation and cover the costs of repairs as per our insurance policy. Customers must report any damage within 48 hours of service completion.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
- Remove any fragile or valuable items from the areas to be cleaned.
- Provide clear instructions regarding specific areas of concern.
Service Area and Availability
Our primary service area is Barnet and its surrounding regions. We strive to accommodate service requests on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. In high-demand periods, booking in advance is recommended.
